How do I hire an Artist?

Please, look through our artist listing, and if the artist you require is not there, send us the artist’s name and details. You can submit a booking request through our contact page. Include your event details, preferred dates, location, and budget, and our team will respond within 48 hours.

What types of events do you support?

Answer:
We support cultural festivals, corporate events, educational workshops, podcasts, live performances, arcade experiences, VR activations, and community programs in Jamaica, Belgium, and internationally.

Can I partner with Iconic Jamaica Magazine?

Answer:
Absolutely. We welcome collaborations with artists, businesses, schools, event organizers, tourism partners, and community groups that align with our mission.

How far in advance should I book services?

Answer:
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for artists, workshops, and major events to ensure availability and proper planning.

Payments & Memberships

How do I request a refund?

Answer:
Refund requests must be submitted within the terms stated for each event, course, or membership plan. Digital products and completed services may not qualify for refunds

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?

Answer:
Members can manage subscriptions through their account dashboard or contact our support team for assistance.

Are my payments secure?

Answer:
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store sensitive card information on our servers.
